I'm a supplier. How do I join?
Email join@gripp.run what you sell — a sentence, CSV, PDF, or photo is enough. No waitlist and no website required. You will get a reply confirming you are on Gripp plus a link to set a vendor-portal password. A US English web form at /vendor/register is an alternate path if you prefer it.
Are buyers waiting for quotes right now?
Not on the public marketplace today — it currently has 0 open orders. Join anyway: matching is driven by your catalog as requests are posted, not by a queue of orders already waiting.
How does the AI parsing work?
Buyers describe what they need in plain English -- via Slack, WhatsApp, email, or the web app. Our AI extracts items, quantities, specs, and urgency and creates a structured purchase request.
Do I need to change my ERP?
No. Gripp works alongside existing systems like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, and NetSuite. We integrate with your ERP rather than replacing it.
How is my data handled?
Each organization is isolated, ERP credentials are encrypted at rest, and access is role-based. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Can buyers try it for free?
Yes. Buyers get 10 AI requests per month on the Free plan with no credit card. Pro is $499/month for 10 seats. Upgrade from Plan & Billing after you sign up. Vendor accounts are free.
What integrations do you support?
